About the Author

Since 1995, Michael Makatura has been in technology sales leadership with companies such as PTC, EMC, Endeca, and PlanSource.

Prior to his corporate experience, Capt. Makatura was the Executive Officer of the 10th Tactical Fighter Squadron and later an Air Force Intelligence Officer where he was the Distinguished Graduate of two Air Force Intelligence Officer schools and a decorated veteran of Operation Desert Storm (Gulf War).

Mr. Makatura received his bachelor degree in Political Science from University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. He and his wife Rhonda have five children.
